THE MYSTART™ APP AND NETWORK WILL NO LONGER BE OPTIMIZED AND APP PERFORMANCE MAY DEGRADE



Attention all MyStart™ and MyStart™ Plus users,

The MyStart™ network, which connects this app to your vehicle’s remote starter, and the MyStart™ Plus smartphone app will no longer be optimized. As a result, the service may become less reliable over time and may not function on newer iOS and Android operating systems.

Over time, features such as Remote Start, Lock, and Unlock may become less responsive, take longer to execute, time out during confirmation, or the app may fail to launch on your device.

This message is to inform you that the parent company of the MyStart™ communication network and the developers of the MyStart™ and MyStart™ Plus apps will no longer provide support for the network or the applications.

Consequently, the performance of features like Remote Start and Door Lock/Unlock may degrade and respond less reliably.

A Device Replacement Program will be made available later this year via the app for all current MyStart™ and MyStart™ Plus users who own a MyStart™ device.
